Delete account

Deleting your VietSpots account permanently removes your account and related data. This cannot be undone. Please review the details below before continuing.

What happens when you delete

  • Your account details (email, nickname) are immediately anonymized and you can no longer sign in.
  • Your coupons, favorite shops, recently viewed shops, chats, and social login links are deleted.
  • Past reservation records may be kept in anonymized form for a limited period for merchant settlement and legal obligations.
  • After deletion, your account and data cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

If you have any ongoing reservations (requested or confirmed), you must cancel them first before deleting your account.
