(Trip 1) Livfarm at Incheon Airport Terminal 1
I was looking for a quick bite and rest at the duty-free area of Incheon Airport Terminal 1, so I had tacos at the food court, but we weren't really impressed. We went there because we already had inflight meals planned, so we couldn't eat a proper meal... Afterward, while looking for a simple cup of coffee downstairs, I found a place I really liked. Ugh, I wish I had looked around a bit more before eating ㅜㅜ It's a Leaf Farm café and sandwich shop, and the first thing that caught my eye was the fresh vegetables. The store is located right next to Gate 41.

It looked so fresh and almost alive — turns out these were vegetables being hydroponically grown right there in the store. And when I looked at the display case, the sandwiches looked so delicious, with so many varieties too.

There were seats to sit inside and coffee too, and I really wanted to have some, but I was going to eat the in-flight meal so I didn't... It was such a shame, but next time I'll definitely eat here before boarding the plane. If you're using Terminal 1, I think it'd be nice to grab a sandwich or salad here too ^^
