🇻🇳 Day 4 Review ✈️ Han Market Shopping Recommendation - Jelly (Kẹo dẻo) ✈️
December 2–6, 2024 🩷 In the past, one of the must-buy items at Han Market used to be Top Jelly, but now it's Kẹo Dừa (coconut candy)~ I tried some Kẹo Dừa I received as a gift before the trip, and it was so delicious that I added it to my shopping list too! On the last day of the trip, we stopped by Han Market to go see Auntie from stall No. 13, the shop we love~ But instead of Auntie, her daughter welcomed us haha Feels like she hasn't been coming out to the shop much lately 😭 Still, her daughter has such a bold, cheerful personality and such a pretty bright smile Lucky for us, she says she remembers us, but honestly~ I don't quite believe it lol Anyway, let's haggle for the soft candy we need to buy~ Since we were only buying 5 bags, I figured she wouldn't discount much, but happily managed to bargain it down to 34,000 dong per bag ✌️ I don't know how much it sells for elsewhere, but at least it didn't seem like I bought it at a high price~ Keo Deo comes in two flavors, a yellow one and one with a bit of green in it, and we picked the green one! The yellow Keo Deo had such a strong artificial mango taste that it wasn't really to my liking, but the green Keo Deo felt tangy and sweet, and I found it delicious. Personally, I feel like this might be a step-up version of Top Jelly. It costs a bit more than Top Jelly, but it also makes a great gift — please give the Kaeo Deo jelly a try too~^^
