๐ป๐ณ 4-time review โ๏ธ T'way Air departure priority boarding for passengers with reduced mobility โ๏ธ
12.02โ06, 2024 ๐ฉท We always fly T'way Airlines because we like arriving in Danang in the morning. The departure flight is at 11:40 PM, so it's not too late or too early โ my husband and I are always happy with this timing. But one downside is that the departure gate always seems to change on the day of the flight. Aside from the fact that the gate change notice often comes late, forcing you to rush and move in a hurry, it's not bad overall. Sure enough, the gate changed again this day ๐ I had just settled into my seat and was waiting, and when I heard the news I hurriedly packed up my things and moved โ but there were no seats left and it was so chaotic that I felt completely frazzled. I think it was even more so because there wasn't much time left before boarding. As people began lining up one by one, I asked a T'way Air staff member about priority boarding for those with mobility difficulties. Since my parents-in-law are getting on in years, I figured it would be hard for them to keep standing for a long time, so I just went ahead and asked, just in case. Fortunately, they said priority boarding was possible, but since our group was 8 people in total, it wasn't possible for everyone. Still, just in case, I mentioned that we also had a 9-year-old niece with us, and they happily said okay! Instead, they said the whole group had to line up together at once, so from the front While waiting in line, there was an older gentleman and an older lady who kept saying something to us (I think they thought we were cutting in line, lol). Thankfully, a T'way Air staff member stepped in to defend us... ๐ญ After saying something to them, the staff member had us stand at the front of the line. I did feel a bit sorry toward the other people, but since I hadn't done anything against the rules, my first thought was that I needed to take care of my own family first. If you happen to have anyone with reduced mobility, elderly family members, or young children traveling with you like we did, please talk to the staff at the boarding gate~ You'll be able to board first! Every time I fly home with T'way Air, I feel a little touched by the staff. Even though we don't speak the same language well, there's always a moment where I can feel their warm heart, and I'm always grateful for that ^^ Thank you for reading this long post๐ฅฐ
