After visiting 8-bang... 2025.2.9~2.16. As the first stop on our rental car trip, we went to get a massage. Originally we planned to get a manicure and pedicure, but since we had a late flight the day before and a rushed morning, we thought a massage would be better, so we had booked Forest in advance before the trip to fit our route. As soon as you walk in, they give you welcome tea and a questionnaire, so you can comfortably choose your treatment.

That day, I chose a 90-minute foot massage as a warm-up and headed up to the second floor. Every time we go, there are just the two of us, but they always give us a spacious 4-person room, so we can relax comfortably with some space between us — I really appreciated that.

Since it's right at the start of my schedule, I'm a bit worried about my hair getting messy or my makeup coming off, haha. At this place, if you ask to get the foot massage lying on your back instead of lying face-down, that's possible too, so if you don't like lying face-down, just let them know. We got ours lying comfortably on our backs. For the foot massage, they didn't just do the feet — they had me change into disposable shorts and thoroughly worked all the way up to my upper thighs, and later did my arms, neck, and shoulders carefully too, so I left feeling really refreshed.
