There are staff helping here and there so no need to worry. They proceeded quickly and fun, so even the kids in our team enjoyed it and participated actively. For dangerous deep-frying items, you just do the preparation and they take it to finish for you

We made the salad, banh xeo, and stir-fried morning glory all the way through ourselves. They made a few additional dishes for us, so after the cooking class we had a hearty and filling meal
