After returning from Room 8... 2025.2.9~2.16 When I arrived at the Monarch Hotel on Mikevich Beach, a staff member rushed out with a bright smile, said "xin chào," picked up my carrier, carried it up the stairs, set it down at one side of the lobby, and guided me to the sofa.

While you wait for your turn to check in, they give you a welcome tea and a cold hand towel.

I gave them my passport and waited a bit, and a staff member came, explained things, had me sign, and told me my room number. It was the 4th floor, so I said I'd prefer a higher floor, and they told me to wait a moment, then changed it to the 7th floor and gave me the room key. When I said I'd like an extra key, they made one more for me, and I was guided up to the room.
