Because of the delayed contact, I hurriedly sent a chat message asking for a change, and you changed it right away — and you even immediately arranged the sending (transfer) service that I hadn't originally applied for. Thank you so much, Da Nang local guide ♡ Two days before departure, a delay email came in, so I even experienced a 0.5-night stay. Very late at night, you came to the front of the hotel ahead of time and waited, then safely sent me off to the airport — but maybe because we arrived a little early, the departure fast-track helper wasn't there to be seen.
