You wanted a review, so I did it live from Da Nang and posted it then... continuing from there.

One thing that was a bit disappointing about this place—if you've seen the reviews, you'll already know—is that they only give you one room key. When I checked in and asked for two, they said no, ugh. In hot weather, you need to keep one card slotted in the room while you're out and about... With no other choice, I went up and turned on the AC. Since it seemed to be a new unit, it cooled down pretty quickly after a while. But still, every time you leave and come back in... ㅠ The next morning at breakfast, a female staff member asked how the meal was, so I said it was fine, and then carefully made a request. I asked if she could give me one more room key, and she said okay, and brought it a little while later. I was so thankful 😄 It turned out she spoke a little Korean. So I was grateful, and the next day at breakfast I gave her a small gift haha. We stayed comfortably cool like that, and when checking out, the female manager happened to ask how everything was. So I mentioned that when Korean guests come and ask, it would be nice if they could give two room keys — since it's hot, that's really necessary — and I said that this was one point that felt a bit disappointing.
