(Review of room 9) "Sanding" is a Da Nang local, isn't it

I booked a shuttle transfer here to head to the airport late at night. I could just call a Grab, but at such a late hour, a safe and reassuring local Da Nang shuttle‼️ It's so nice to book in advance and comfortably ride to the airport 👍 I was waiting comfortably in my room when I got a message saying they'd arrived a little earlier than my reservation time, so I went up to the 19th floor to check out, and the staff asked me, "Checking out? So I said yes! and handed over the room key, and they were like ok! bye~~~ huh? It really ended just like that? Haha. Meanwhile my husband had already gone down to the first floor pulling the carrier, met the driver, and had already loaded all the luggage into the car.
