[Vietnam Ha Giang] Exploring Hidden Gems Day 1: Border Charms, Terraced Villages, and Vietnamese Dinner Experience

啟程：探索越南最後的秘境 這趟期待已久的 Ha Giang（河江） 之旅，終於啟程！這裡被譽為 越南最後的秘境，擁有壯闊的 馬皮嶺隘口（Ma Pi Leng Pass）、層層疊疊的 梯田村落，以及獨特的少數民族文化。更令人嚮往的是，這裡還有一條機車騎士夢寐以求的挑戰路線——河江環線（Ha Giang Loop）。 我們從河靜搭乘臥鋪巴士，一路北上前往河內，再轉車前往河江。旅程從晚上 20:30 出發，歷經近 17 小時的長途跋涉，終於抵達這座邊境小城。

Day 1：走進梯田村落，感受純樸少數民族文化 清晨抵達河內，繼續長途跋涉 凌晨，我們抵達 河內 Mỹ Đình 車站，這裡是北越長途巴士的主要集散地。稍作休息後，我們搭上前往 Ha Giang 的小巴，正式踏上探索這片隱藏秘境的旅程。

13:30, after a 6.5-hour drive, we finally arrived in Ha Giang!

第一站：中越邊境，感受邊境風情 放下行李後，先享用一碗熱騰騰的 越南河粉 作為午餐。餐後，我們前往 Thanh Thuy Border（清水邊境），這裡是越南與中國交界的口岸之一，能夠近距離感受邊境獨特的氛圍。看著兩側標示著熟悉的中文與越南語，讓人不禁對這片土地的歷史與文化交流產生濃厚的興趣。

Exploring Ha Thanh Village: Terraced Fields, Waterfalls, and Ethnic Minority Culture Next, we drive to Ha Thanh Village, a traditional settlement of the Tay people, surrounded by magnificent terraced fields. The village still preserves the culture of stilt houses; these wooden structures, raised above the ground, provide excellent ventilation and protection from floods and wildlife. As you enter the village, a peaceful pastoral landscape unfolds before your eyes. Occasionally, you can see farmers working hard in the fields and water buffalo strolling slowly; it feels as if time has slowed down here.

村落內隱藏著一座 秘境瀑布，水流從岩壁間傾瀉而下，形成天然的清涼泳池。導遊指著遠方的山脈說：「這座山叫鱷魚山，山脊就像鱷魚背上的鰭片。」我們靜靜欣賞著這片大自然的鬼斧神工，感受這片土地的純粹與靜謐。

當地居民非常友善，同團的越南朋友與村民親切交談，還收到了一些新鮮採摘的農作物，這讓我們更深入地體驗到了當地的樸實與溫暖。 夜遊 Ha Giang 市區：寧靜的邊境小城 夜幕降臨，我們返回 Ha Giang 市區，稍作休息後，決定探索這座寧靜的邊境城鎮。 這裡沒有大批觀光客，街道上充滿了一種 樸實且與世無爭的氛圍。廣場上最吸引人的打卡點，就是刻有 Km0 字樣的石碑，象徵著 河江環線的起點，對許多挑戰這條夢幻騎行路線的旅人來說，這是一個值得紀念的地方。

有趣的是，當地有很多人玩著越南最近流行的 匹克球（Pickleball），看來流行的事物並不會因為偏遠而被遺棄。 越式晚餐體驗：與當地人一起「1-2-3乾杯！」 晚餐時間，我們與當地的越南朋友共享一頓豐盛的晚餐。旅行社準備的菜色相當豐富，我們還自費買了一壺道地米酒。

In Vietnamese dining culture, toasting is an indispensable part; throughout the meal, everyone frequently raises their glasses, shouting, "1-2-3 dzô! (Cheers!)" As foreigners, we try to chat with everyone using our accented Vietnamese, and everyone responds warmly, with laughter echoing all around. In this moment, we deeply feel the true beauty of travel: it's not just about seeing the scenery, but about connecting with people from different cultures and creating unforgettable memories. Closing: Looking forward to tomorrow's Ha Giang loop trip! Day 1's itinerary showed us the most primitive side of Ha Giang: simple villages, magnificent terraced landscapes, and the warm local culture.
