Da Nang

🇻🇳(Review) Da Nang revisited >> Linh Ung Pagoda

Translated from Korean

Last winter, during my trip to Da Nang, I visited Linh Ung Pagoda, one of its most iconic attractions. This is the site of the tallest Lady Buddha statue in Vietnam, and its magnificent presence is visible at a glance even from far away. Standing at a height of 67 meters, this enormous statue faces the sea, and it truly felt as if it were watching over and protecting Da Nang. The area around the temple had a serene and peaceful atmosphere, and being located at a high point, we could overlook Da Nang city and the sea at a glance. In particular, photos taken here became beautiful backdrops no matter where we shot them, thanks to the expansive view. When visiting on a clear day, the sky, sea, and Guanyin statue harmonized beautifully, creating an even more spectacular sight. Not only for its Buddhist significance but also thanks to the beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere, I felt a sense of tranquility. If you're visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend stopping by Linh Am Pagoda!
