Since this was my friend's first trip to Da Nang, I chose hotels I had been to before. One of them is the Monarch Hotel

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, great ocean view, and Esco Beach Bar is right across the street

It's popular with Koreans, so there are staff who speak Korean well. I booked the Royal Room — spacious and comfortable. Note that Royal Rooms have separate 2-person and 3-person bookings, so check before reserving. Try the Monarch Hotel if you get the chance^^
