This trip is all about exploring every corner. Before the trip, I wanted to try riding a motorcycle for about half a day, so I looked into motorcycle rentals. However, I don't have a motorcycle license. When I heard that regulations became stricter starting in 2025, I searched for more information. While searching, electric motorcycles caught my eye. If you're 18 or older, you can ride one without a license! I heard some news and was looking into companies!!!! And there is one!!!! An electric motorbike rental company. They have 4 locations in Da Nang, 1 in Hoi An! And 1 in Hue too! All of them are the same directly-run branches, so you can rent from anywhere and just drop it off anywhere!!! That's the news I came across!!! For example, you can rent it in Hoi An and just leave it at the Hue branch when you're done!!! The insurance fee is 200,000 VND for a 24-hour period, and 100,000 VND of that is insurance. There is also a deposit — the deposit is 1,000,000 VND!! Everything's electric bikes. What we rented were two-seater models—the yellow and red ones are small motorcycles, and the black one is a large motorcycle. The prices are the same too. It's 150,000 dong per day, 100,000 dong for insurance, and 1 million dong deposit. We rented two bikes for a total of 1.5 million dong. On a single charge, it travels 130 kilometers. That's plenty for a whole day. If you need more, you can stop by the rental center and they'll exchange the battery for free. Pick-up and drop-off is available too, but they want a round-trip Grab price, so pass!!! Safety absolutely comes first. It also goes up to 50 km/h, so for those who want to rent a motorbike to ride but don't have a license, go with an electric motorbike!!!!!
