๐ฆ๐บ(Travel) Not Compose, but Campos Coffee!! If you go to Sydney, stop by~
They say Sydney has three great coffee spots. I visited one of them, Campos Coffee~ I went to the Newtown flagship store, which is close to the University of Sydney.

It was around 11 o'clock when I got there, and the place was already full of customers. There were a lot of locals as well as tourists. The store isn't very big, so it doesn't have that many tables, but the turnover rate isn't bad, and there were also a lot of people getting takeout.

They were selling various coffee beans, coffee drinks, and bakery items.

I got a flat white, and my daughter got an affogato~ And instead of a proper meal, we ordered a croissant and a tart. The affogato has bitter, slightly acidic espresso with thick, rich vanilla ice cream~๐ The flat white was smooth and delicious~~ The bread was really tasty too~~

What's more, there was even a chance to meet a neighbor whose travel schedule overlapped with mine, which made the time even more meaningful~ While waiting, the latte art disappeared...๐ญ

I took my daughter along too....^^ Even though it was our first meeting, it didn't feel awkward at all โ thank you for treating us so warmly~~ We got so caught up chatting that I ended up drinking two cups of coffee~ hehe For the second one I had a long black~ and it really came out strong here~~ (In Australia there's no menu item called "Americano." If you want black coffee, you just order a long black.) When I asked about the long black beans, they told me it's called SUPERIOR, a blend made in-house by Campos~~ So as I left the cafe, I ended up buying two kinds of beans~

I picked up SUPERIOR, Campos' own blend beans, and ETHIOPIA, a single-origin bean with acidity~~ Someone gave me SUPERIOR as a gift, and they asked me to drink it together, so I tried it~!! The coffee aroma was really nice, the burnt taste wasn't too strong, and the aftertaste had a slight acidity that made it delicious~ Brewing it a bit weaker here in Korea than I did in Sydney makes it taste even better haha

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe or Sidamo, which many people already know well, usually have a strong acidity, but this one wasn't that strong~~ But it's not completely absent either โ right in the middle, I'd say?? Seems like it was roasted just right~ Since the acidity isn't too strong, I think even beginners could enjoy drinking this deliciously. On a weekend morning, Iโwho loves acidityโand my eldest daughter, who's just starting to develop a taste for coffee, tried it together~~ Wow~~!! This is really delicious~!! We kept saying it over and over as we drank!! It's hard to explain in words...ใ ใ By my own taste standards, SUPERIOR < ETHIOPIA ๐ I'm 100% willing to repurchase.... Not sure if I'll be able to go to Sydney again though...ใ ใ

How amazing that in a faraway place, I happened to meet a neighbor whose travel dates overlapped with mine, and we even got to enjoy some delicious coffee together~ It was such a fascinating and joyful experience~~ Thank you for reading this long post.
