(Travel) Ajin Beach in Goseong, a walk along the winter sea

Translated from Korean

Day two of my Sokcho trip, after rushing down right after work Friday night... Today I wanted to feel the charm of the winter sea, so I visited Ayajin Beach in Goseong. Unlike in summer, the beach was quiet — there were still some travelers around, but it wasn't crowded, so I could enjoy a relaxed walk to the sound of the waves. The sea breeze was cold, but It felt cozier than I expected when the sunlight came through. The seawater blending with the soft sandy beach gave that special charm only a winter sea can offer. It was a bit disappointing that the sky was slightly overcast with some fine dust, but taking photos with the sea as a backdrop still turned out beautifully, with the sky and sea forming a wonderful harmony. There were especially many families with children, and the kids playing in the sand looked so happy. We had to move on to other plans, but I thought it would be really nice to spend some time nearby, sipping a warm cup of coffee at a café while looking out at the sea. If you like a quiet beach without too many people, why not stop by Ayajin Beach in winter?
