Thai massage is a traditional massage therapy originating from Thailand, combining body stretching movements, acupressure, and applying pressure with the hands, elbows, and knees to energy points on the body. This therapy is usually performed on a mat, with the client wearing loose clothing and without the use of oil, helping to relax muscles, improve blood circulation, and reduce stress.
