It is typically performed on a mat on the floor without the use of oils. The therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure, helping to relax muscles, improve blood circulation, and enhance flexibility. Guests usually wear loose-fitting clothing provided by the establishment, and a session lasts approximately 60–120 minutes.
