Vietnamese Milk Coffee

Cà Phê Sữa is traditional Vietnamese drip coffee brewed with condensed milk, blending the coffee's rich, bold bitterness with the sweet, creamy taste of the milk. The coffee slowly drips through the phin filter and is then stirred together with the condensed milk sitting at the bottom of the cup, and it can be enjoyed hot or poured over ice for a cold version (cà phê sữa đá).
