1. Personal Information Collected

• Required: email, password (stored encrypted)
• Optional: nickname, phone, chat content with merchants
• Automatically collected: IP, device info, access logs, push tokens

2. Purpose of Use

• Member identification, login, coupon redemption, reservation brokerage
• 1:1 inquiry response with merchants
• Preventing violations of law and these terms
• Customer support

3. Retention Period

Information is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal. However, in accordance with relevant laws (e-commerce, etc.), some records (reservation/coupon) are retained for 5 years.

4. Third-party Sharing / Outsourcing

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. Only the minimum information needed for reservation processing (nickname/time/party size) is forwarded to the merchant. If external payment processors are introduced, the fact will be disclosed via this policy.

5. PII Masking

Phone numbers, emails, and external messenger IDs in chat messages are automatically masked on the server; merchants only see masked versions.

6. User Rights

Users may at any time request to view, modify, delete, or stop processing of their personal information. Requests may be submitted through the Settings page or by contacting support.
