All cancellation requests are processed based on Yajasu Tour Co.'s weekday business hours (10:00 - 18:00). Reservations or cancellations submitted on weekends or public holidays will be received and processed on the next business day. Cancellation after 17:00, 3 days before → No refund. Cancellation between 17:00, 7 days before and before 17:00, 3 days before → A 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation before 17:00, 7 days before → Full refund.
