Cancellation & refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted during Yaja Su Tour's weekday business hours (10:00 - 18:00). If submitted on a weekend or public holiday, your request will be processed on the next business day. Cancellations within 3 days of departure at 17:00 or later → No refund available. Cancellations from 7 days before at 17:00 through 3 days before at 17:00 → 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations more than 7 days before at 17:00 → Full refund.
