Cancellation & refund
All cancellation requests are processed based on Yaja Soo Tour's weekday business hours (10:00 - 18:00). Reservation requests submitted on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following weekday. Cancellations after 17:00 three days before → No refund. Cancellations from 17:00 seven days before to before 17:00 three days before → 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations before 17:00 seven days before → Full refund.
