Cancellation & refund
All cancellation requests are processed based on Yajasu Tour's weekday business hours (10:00 - 18:00). When reservations are made on weekends or public holidays, they will be received and processed on the next business day. Cancellation after 5 PM on the 3rd day before → No refund Cancellation between 5 PM on the 7th day before and 5 PM on the 3rd day before → 50% cancellation fee applies Cancellation before 5 PM on the 7th day before → Full refund
