Cancellation & refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted during Yajasu Tour's regular business hours on weekdays (10:00 - 18:00). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Cancellations made within 3 days of your tour (17:00 or later) are non-refundable. Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days before your tour (from 17:00 seven days before to before 17:00 three days before) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance (before 17:00) are eligible for a full refund.
