All cancellation requests are processed based on the weekday business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) of Yazasu Tour Co., Ltd. If a cancellation request is submitted on a weekend or public holiday, it will be received and processed on the following business day. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM, 3 days before → No refund. Cancellations made from 5:00 PM, 7 days before up until before 5:00 PM, 3 days before → A 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made before 5:00 PM, 7 days before → Full refund.
