🧧 Jeonju Hanok Village... 1

What have I been up to lately? Being born in Namwon, I visited Jeonju Hanok Village for the very first time. Even though I actually have quite a few relatives in Jeonju, haha. Without knowing any information at all, I parked in the parking lot, and I'm going to try to write as compactly as I can about the restaurants and spots I stopped by because people insisted I 'absolutely must try them' — not sure how many posts this will turn into, haha. It's a kalguksu (noodle soup) place. It had a lot of reviews, so I decided to try it. I ordered kalguksu and jjolmyeon (chewy noodles)... Honestly, I'd recommend just getting the kalguksu, haha. The basic broth for the kalguksu comes with beaten egg mixed in. It's not really a love-it-or-hate-it kind of taste. I wouldn't say it's like "wow, this is amazing!" though ^^ It comes with two side dishes, kkakdugi (radish kimchi) and danmuji (pickled radish), and the kkakdugi was a bit unusual. It had a chewy texture and tasted sweet. While eating, I thought about it for a moment, and it seemed like the kkakdugi was definitely made from misshapen, rejected danmuji radishes. That's just my guess though. I didn't actually ask. Haha.

Bruchetta Fries My son said this is a famous YouTuber's fries shop... It was about 11,800 won I think. Haha, it was the priciest one there. The fries came with various toppings like bacon, guacamole, and other stuff, and it tasted great, haha. The three of us stood on the street and scarfed it down.
