🇻🇳 [Danang travel review ✈️] Hoi An Le Han Gallery 1

March 2025, a trip to Da Nang with my pretty girlfriend ✈️ A one-day trip to Hoi An together with her! I'm moving quickly before heading to the airport. The first place we stopped by was Le Han Gallery 1, where there's a photo exhibition by the French artist Rehahn. There's a small two-story building near Hoi An Central Market, but honestly all the buildings look so similar that I've just walked past it every time, haha;; When we arrived at the entrance, ah! Here!! That road I used to pass by without knowing, always thinking "I should go there sometime~" but never quite making it... From the storefront entrance, the photos are so beautifully displayed that now I don't think I'll forget how to find my way there again^^

Photographer Le Han's photos capture the everyday lives and ways of living of Vietnam's ethnic minorities. You can feel just how deeply he loved Vietnam through his work, and as you take in these photographs, you can't help but let out a sigh of admiration.

As I walked around the exhibition hall, I noticed that artist Rehan's biography was also written in Korean, so it seems that among the many people from all over the world, the artist is loved by Korean visitors too. At this gallery, the artist's works are also for sale, and they sell photobooks as well, but I didn't buy one~ Instead, they also sell pretty postcards, so as souvenirs, many people end up buying one or two of those.

There are two Rehahn Gallery locations in Hoi An. The one I visited wasn't very large, so it didn't take long to look around.
