Cons Accommodation entrance only stairs (no elevator access from the entrance) No luggage assistance Narrow lobby and elevator No free bottled water, tea, or coffee No breakfast restaurant or swimming pool Cleaning and finishing were insufficient The hallway is narrow and there are only 3 rooms per floor. (for the private room type)

Overall review Not recommended for family travelers with children Recommended for solo or 1-2 adult travelers It feels like dormitories are the main theme here... It's better for your peace of mind not to expect hotel-level service. Agoda lists free drinking water, but they said they don't provide it for free, so I ended up paying 10,000 dong for water. Staff explanations at check-in were lacking, so improvement is needed. I traveled alone, but Since it was our first visit, we used the Family Double Room. The location and price were good enough to make up for the downsides, so next time I'd be willing to try the Standard Double Room. As for the Standard Double Room, I'd recommend it for a 0.5-night stay or for solo travelers.
