Cons Stairs only at the accommodation entrance They didn't help with luggage Narrow lobby and elevator No free bottled water, tea, or coffee No breakfast hall, no pool Cleaning and finishing touches were lacking The hallway is narrow and there are only 3 rooms per floor. (For the private room type)

Advantages 7-minute walk to Hansijang Market Pink Church 3-minute walk 10-minute walk to Yong Bridge 24-hour pho restaurant, convenience store Great for strolling along the Han River Elevator access via key card: reassuring for security Affordable, great value-for-money accommodation

Overall review Not recommended for families traveling with children Recommended for 1-2 adult travelers Dormitory seems to be the main theme... It's better for your peace of mind not to expect hotel-level service. Agoda said free drinking water was included, but they said they don't offer it for free, so I ended up paying 10,000 dong for water. The staff's explanation at check-in was insufficient, so improvement is needed. I was traveling alone though Since it was my first visit, I used the Family Double Room. The location and price were good enough to cover the downsides, so I'd consider using the Standard Double Room next time. Standard Double Room.. I'd recommend it for a half-night stay or solo travel.
