🏮 1. Hoi An International Lantern Festival

📅 December 3–6, 2026

📍 Hoai River Square, An Hoi Sculpture Park, and the Hoi An Old Town area

✔️ This is the first International Lantern Festival held this year 🎉

✔️ About 15 large lantern installations, lantern-making experience, performances on the river, nighttime lantern parade

✔️ The exhibition is scheduled to run until Jeongwol Daeboreum, the first full moon of the lunar year, in 2027.

🌕 2. Hoi An Full Moon Lantern Night

📅 December 22, 2026 (Lunar calendar: November 14)

⏰ From around 6 PM to around 10 PM, and it's prettiest between 7 and 9!

✔️ The Old Town turns into a car-free street and the lanterns light up

✔️ Float a wish lantern on the Thu Bon River 🕯️ (Small cash required!)

📍 Ariyana Convention Centre (107 Võ Nguyên Giáp, south of My Khe Beach)

Last year-end, the Da Nang New Year festival was held from December 30 to January 3.

🍻 Cheer Fest Food Market : East Riverside of Dragon Bridge 12/30 ~ 1/3

🎶 New Year Street Performances : Bach Dang Pedestrian Street, December 30 ~ January 1

🏃 5km Night Run: Departing from Bach Dang Pedestrian Street, December 31, 10 PM ~ Midnight

🏮 Hoi An Countdown: An Hoi Sculpture Park, December 31, 20:30 ~ 1/1 00:30
