With its focus on rich ethnic culture and historical narratives, the museum is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Vietnamese history and culture, or for those seeking a deeper understanding of the social roles of Vietnamese women.

Visiting Information Opening Hours: Daily 08:00 to 17:00 Ticket Price: 30,000 VND Guide Information: No audio guides available; exhibition panels are provided in Vietnamese, English, and French Recommended Visiting Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours Visiting Experience and Tips The exhibitions at the Vietnam Women's Museum are rich and well-organized, comprehensively presenting the multiple roles of Vietnamese women in history, from their daily lives and family responsibilities to their contributions during wartime.Among the exhibits, the "Wall of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers" is one of the most profoundly moving; it is only after delving into the stories of these mothers that you truly realize the depth of the pain and sacrifice they endured. The "Migration and Birth" exhibit on the second floor is also a major highlight. Although the interview videos are simple, they poignantly convey the hardships women endure for their families. The third-floor exhibition showcases the resilience of Vietnamese women—from agriculture and fishing to weaving and pottery, they have undertaken nearly all the work, serving as the vital pillars of both their families and society. Overall, the museum's displays are clear and easy to understand, with English descriptions provided for all exhibits, making it ideal for visitors interested in Vietnamese culture and history. Recommendation: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Exhibition Area Introduction First Floor: The Protection of Mother and Child Upon entering the museum, you are greeted by a statue symbolizing a mother and child, as if conveying that a mother is the child's guardian.

Birth Culture: The exhibits cover childbirth customs from various periods in Vietnam, including how newborn births are recorded, the dietary culture during the postpartum period, and children's clothing, showcasing the traditional customs of different regions in Vietnam.

Stories of Women in Wartime: Featuring many propaganda slogans of women joining the military, along with photos and feats of female heroes, making one feel their bravery and selflessness.

Additional Exhibition Hall There is an annex located next to the museum, primarily focusing on war history and showcasing the contributions and sacrifices of women during wartime. If you have extra time, it is well worth a visit.
