Finally, I got the blue one too!! Showing off my new passport~~~ I applied on March 31 and chose to receive it by registered mail, and it arrived on April 2!! 😱 Can you believe it arrived in just 2 days!! As you can see above, picking it up in person at City Hall skips one step, so the passport turnaround time becomes very short. There's an extra fee (5,500 won), but you can get it really fast. There's not much of a difference compared to round-trip transportation costs when you pick it up at City Hall. If you need it urgently, please receive it by mail instead!
