🇻🇳 Day 4 itinerary & review of our 3-night 4-day trip❣️

This is a review of a 3-night, 4-day trip I took with a good friend. When two women go to Da Nang, the vibe is just amazing~ 🎶 ⏰️ Today's schedule Eating breakfast at the hotel Getting a massage Going to buy sand cookies to give as gifts Lunch Nam Son Pagoda Visiting Hoi An Getting hair care at the barbershop Going to the airport Transportation: Used a rental car for 12 hours

Novotel is famous for its great breakfast, right? So it was the only place I actually had breakfast at during our 3-night, 4-day trip~ I got shown to my seat by a staff member and sat down. Taking a lap around the buffet before grabbing food is basically the golden rule, right? 🤭🤭 There were so many guests that I couldn't get an overall shot, but I hope seeing this general glimpse helps when you're choosing a hotel ^^ It turns out more people eat yogurt at breakfast than you'd expect. It's great plain, or you can add passion fruit or nuts to it. There's also a wide variety of ham and cheese, plus seasonal fruits and salad dressings, so anyone who loves healthy food will probably enjoy it. There are lots of Korean guests here too, so we've got beautifully sautéed vegetables and even gochujang ready so you can make kimbap, kimchi, and bibimbap — just give it a good mix and it'll taste like honey, right?😋 The bakery section is stocked with all kinds of goodies🥖🥐🥯 A drink section where you can pick and sip whatever suits your taste🥤☕️🍹 For a hearty bowl, I topped my bibimbap with some pork bulgogi and a fried egg, then mixed it all up~😋 My travel companions said this place was famous for its banh mi, so we went all in on it, haha. We each ordered food to our own taste and ate until we were full 👍 Actually, I took photos of almost all the food, but there were so many that I couldn't show them all. The Novotel breakfast had such a great variety and was so hygienically managed that I was 100% satisfied!! I'm planning to go there again next time ^^

Sadly, it's checkout time at the Novotel. After one last tidy-up, we head down to the lobby to meet the rental car driver we booked in advance, and set off for our next destination. I love Thai massage, so whenever I'm in Da Nang, this is the place I stop by at least once. The refreshing welcome tea served in a pretty cup is delicious too, haha. Getting a quiet massage in a private room is just the perfect way to relax a tired body! After a refreshing massage, they serve you delicious fruit and tea, and every little detail is done with such care that there's nothing to complain about. I even bought a box each of the tasty sandwiches from Devis Sand to give to my acquaintances.

I also went to Poronghoi, my favorite spot, and had bánh mì bread and rice noodles. Most dishes there are around 30,000 dong, so it's such a satisfying and delicious place ^^ After enjoying the tasty rice noodles, before heading to Hoi An with our driver, one of our companions mentioned they hadn't been to Nam Son Pagoda, so we stopped by briefly and took a walk around the temple grounds.

Nam Seon Temple is still peaceful and pretty! 30-40 minutes is enough to look around, so I recommend it to those who haven't been there yet. Finally arrived in my beloved Hoi An!

I actually love Hoi An so much that I ended up going to Da Nang multiple times, and staying in Hoi An was always a must for me. This trip was short, so it's a bit of a shame, but I managed to make it a day trip. After getting off in front of the Historic area and heading into the Old Town, I came across the Rehahn Gallery on the way. I stepped inside for a bit to admire Rehahn's photographs, and then just wandered around freely, letting my feet take me wherever they pleased. Hoi An is so pretty because the flowers are in full bloom all year round ♡ I tried a Hoi An-style mango cake, and also watched people riding wish boats up on the Thu Bon River bridge, then stopped by the night market to do some window shopping. Just then, some other friends of mine arrived in Hoi An too, so we met up briefly for a cup of tea. As we walked together, we could see the pretty Chua Cau bridge and Ba Mu Temple appear ^^ We went into Uncle Juan Café next to Ba Mu Temple and had a latte with pretty latte art. It was such a bittersweet moment to say goodbye to people who are lovely to meet even in Korea, having met them all the way in Hoi An. Before heading back to Da Nang, we stopped by Coffee Bean (Star Avenue) to use the restroom and grab some iced Americanos, and then, to escape the sudden rain, we called our driver to meet at Historic — where our group was staying!

Fortunately he/she came right away so we could exchange our sad goodbyes, then we stopped by Seonjjaya Market (old) again to finish up our shopping, dropped by the barber shop we'd hastily booked, did shampoo and face-washing with skincare products to feel refreshed, and then set off for the airport. After arriving at the airport, we quickly finished departure inspection through the fast track, and arrived safely in Incheon without any delay. ✨️ Wrapping up the trip... Just for myself, without my kid or my husband! A short but truly satisfying 3-night, 4-day trip that left me with meaningful moments and precious memories. Thanks to a long-standing bond with my rental car driver, I could always travel comfortably and safely whenever I went to Da Nang, and meeting someone I knew in a foreign country felt like such a stroke of luck too, I think. 3 nights, 4 days trip to Da Nang! Went out and had a short but great time! 👍
