④ Handy tips to know before you go

・Reserve a window seat in advance. The view is the highlight here, so window seats fill up first. ・Once the steak is sliced for you, move it straight to your own plate. The residual heat of the stone plate keeps cooking it, and it quickly becomes tough if left there. ・The busiest time is around 9 p.m. For a quieter experience, we recommend coming before 7 or late at night. ・The Dragon Bridge fire show is hard to see from here.
