Hoi An Special Eco-Tour is an eco-friendly tour that lets you experience Vietnam's fishing and farming villages. In 2005, the very first eco-tour product was created using Hoi An's natural environment and well-preserved traditional villages. The 4th course of the Hoi An Special Eco Tour is a cooking class. When you come out of the basket boat ride, everything is already set up and ready for the cooking class. You get to make Vietnamese food yourself, and it even takes care of dinner~ On our first trip to Da Nang, our second princess loved this tour so much, so I'm hoping our eldest daughter, who's on her first Da Nang trip, enjoys it too~~~ haha Wearing our green aprons, the cooking finally began. Prepping all kinds of ingredients and cooking got underway!!! The cooking class menu was~~ fried spring rolls, morning glory, banh xeo, and papaya salad. Along with the warm dishes we made ourselves, plus the rice, grilled shrimp, and cool clam soup they prepared for us!! We had a really hearty dinner. We even ordered extra cold beer and cola on top!! It was such a fun and delicious time~~
