(🇻🇳 Team/Room 6, August 30 – September 4) Travel log.. Banh Cuon famous restaurant

Bánh khọt I love bánh khọt so much, but strangely, on this trip I didn't get to eat it even once. That bánh khọt that's so common at breakfast buffets, too. So as soon as I woke up in the morning, I searched for a bánh khọt place!!! Turns out there was one near Mai Market, on the way to Xuân Sơn. I just had to eat bánh khọt, so let's get going~~ We set off at 6:30 haha. Following a narrow road like some country lane with only one lane, we finally arrived at the bánh khọt place.

There's a rotisserie machine slowly turning at the entrance, grilling the meat. The meat looks so delicious!

We sit down and order. The menu is simple. The skewer grill and banh cuon set is 35k, banh cuon is 15k, skewer grill is 20k. Haha..

A piece of grilled BBQ skewer is placed on the pre-made bibimbap-hand (banggusonn) rice ball and served on a plate. Eating it together with various vegetables actually made it into a full meal. It was my first and last time trying it, and I enjoyed it deliciously. Haha.

It's local food, but the restaurant was clean. The pickled side dishes were so delicious! It's a restaurant I want to go to again.
