Review #7 🛫🇻🇳 A local Danang restaurant where I ate deliciously

This place was visited on a companion's recommendation. Slightly past lunchtime, we rode a motorbike from Shilla to Da Nang. It was so hot that during the 20-ish minutes of the ride, I feel like I got completely tanned lol. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no one there. There were only the owner lady and one young boy. There were plenty of seats inside, but the entrance area had a breeze blowing through so it was cool, so we sat near the entrance and ordered!!!

This is what the interior looks like! All the food comes out from that small kitchen counter!!

I ordered the stir-fried dish!! It tastes kind of like Thailand's Pad Thai, but it's full of that smoky wok flavor and spicy too, and it was seriously so delicious!! I sprinkled a ton of pepper on it and the flavor doubled!!

And this dish that came out on a hot pan really looked like Vietnamese bò né. I'll just call it bò né, haha. It's great to tear off the bread that comes with it and dip it in or wrap it up! It has a slightly sweet-and-salty balance, so eating it plain might be a bit salty.

And the cream butter chicken I was curious about.. Hmm... I think this one might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of dish The flavor is a blend of curry and butter together Dipping it into the banh mi bread, or just eating it on its own, was pretty good too. But I feel like rice would have gone better with it than potatoes..

I'm about to burst.. but you have to eat spring rolls, right? I was so full I only ate one and left the rest. It's not that it tasted bad, haha. I really felt like my stomach was going to explode. I even ate 3 whole banh mi.
