Translated from Korean

This is a place I visited at the request of Mr./Ms. Kim Dal-ji through the "Eat It For You" service!!! It's not located in Hoi An or Da Nang, but in an area called Ngu Hanh Son, which you can think of as the village at the foot of the Marble Mountains. It's about a 15-minute motorbike ride from Shilla. As for the food this place sells, if you look at the sign, This is a place that sells local rice noodle soup like Bรบn Bรฒ Huแบฟ. Bรบn Bรฒ Huแบฟ is a signature dish of the Huแบฟ region. It's a spicy rice noodle soup made with congealed blood cubes or pig's feet. Meaning of the sign: 'Cฦ M BรŒNH Dร‚N' on the sign means, in Vietnamese, a cheap, working-class rice restaurant.

Arrived a little past lunchtime!! Two out-of-towners rode up on a motorcycle and sat down in the empty shop, and at first both the owner and we just stared blankly at each other. We had to order but couldn't understand each other's language, and while she was saying something, we gathered from listening that they'd run out of bรบn bรฒ huแบฟ and only had rice bowl dishes left, like cฦกm gร  and cฦกm sฦฐแปn! So we said we'd come to eat a rice bowl, and laughing together, we placed our order!!

Some kind of mysterious clear broth soup comes out!

In the order of the photos, I ordered: fried and braised chicken added, Cฦกm Sฦฐแปn, and Cฦกm Gร  โ€” that's how I ordered. Here's some info for you. Meaning of the name: in Vietnamese, 'Cฦกm' means rice, and 'Sฦฐแปn' means ribs. Meat: it mainly uses pork ribs or pork neck/shoulder, grilled directly over charcoal, giving it a subtle fire flavor and smoky aroma. As for a similarly named dish you might already know โ€” what about Cฦกm Tแบฅm? Rice (Cฦกm Tแบฅm): We mainly use 'Cฦกm tแบฅm', broken rice from the milling process, rather than regular whole rice grains. Because the grains are smaller, they soak up the seasoning well and give a light, fluffy texture. As for the stir-fried cabbage in the photo!!! It's really light and delicious!!! You could easily finish a whole pot of it.

Just as I was finishing up my meal, a crowd of kids in school uniforms suddenly came pouring in. I wondered, "Are they high schoolers or something?" and after I finished eating I took a walk around the neighborhood, and it turned out they were students from a nearby private university, haha. Looking at the area, it had the vibe of a newly developed district โ€” like a neighborhood that's just starting to be built up? Thanks to Kim Dal-ji, I had a really delicious meal!! I think the price was around 30,000 dong... if I remember right, haha.
