Ba Na 25/09: French Village hazy and ethereal in the mist, bitterly cold like miniature autumn Da Lat

Going up Ba Na today totally feels like "crossing into two different worlds," everyone!

At the foot of the mountain, the weather is beautifully sunny and brilliant, dry and pleasantly cool (around 24-27 degrees), but as soon as you get on the cable car and rush up to the summit, the atmosphere changes 180 degrees instantly. The summit is currently shrouded in thick fog, with temperatures dropping to around 18–22 degrees, and a gentle breeze carrying that authentic Đà Lạt air. Standing on Golden Bridge or strolling around French Village at this time is absolutely magical, the misty clouds are so hazy it looks super chill in photos, but it's also a bit damp, you know (the humidity up here is cranked all the way to 100%).

Anyone heading up Ba Na Peak today, don't forget to keep these tips in mind:

Clothing: You must definitely bring a thin jacket or cardigan/hoodie. Temperatures of 18–20 degrees combined with continuous fog will feel quite cold.

Photo spot: On a foggy day like this, taking mystical, poetic-style photos at the French Village or the Golden Bridge is absolutely perfect. Remember to pick spots that are close or zoom in for close-up focus, because if you stand too far away, the clouds will swallow you whole!

Protect your belongings: High humidity can make your phone and glasses get fogged. Bring a dry tissue to wipe the lens before taking pictures so they come out sharp, okay?
