I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at GRILL & CHILL in BISTRO M at Shilla Monogram Da Nang. I still remember how the executive chef personally prepared the meal and warmly welcomed us. I was deeply touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness.

The event will be held in an outdoor space located between the hotel's swimming pool and the beach. The dinner buffet price is approximately 1,200,000–1,400,000 VND per adult (around 60,000–70,000 KRW), and children (ages 6–11) pay about 50% of the adult price. It runs every Friday and Saturday from 17:30 to 21:00, but please note that operation may be changed depending on weather conditions and other factors, so please check in advance. Reservations can be made directly at the front desk or restaurant during your stay.

The menu features fresh seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and clams, along with a variety of grilled dishes like steak and chicken, all prepared on the spot. Besides the grill, there's also a salad section, simple Korean dishes (like kimchi), and a dessert and fruit corner. Adding the unlimited beer and wine package may incur an additional charge. You can pay by contactless payment or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, etc.) in addition to cash, or you can charge the cost to your room (Room Charge) and settle it all at once at check-out. The food is prepared outdoors, so those who eat indoors might find it a bit inconvenient, but if you prefer a comfortable, cool spot, I'd recommend the indoor seating. We loved the outdoor atmosphere so much that we asked for a favor and luckily got to enjoy the entire meal at an outdoor table. Outdoor seats are popular with people who have reservations, so if you don't request one in advance, there might not be a seat available.

The sweetness of it — the chefs grilling away under the head chef's direction called out to me as I passed by and placed warm corn on my plate! With the neat table setting and unlimited drinks and beverages to choose from according to taste, it was wonderful. It was a special day where my ears were treated to soft, soothing music and my mouth was treated to delicious food.

The price range might feel a bit steep, but I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Shilla Monogram all day long without any outside schedule. Even if you skip the buffet, there's an à la carte grill platter menu, and it's also available through room service, so you can enjoy a delicious time wherever you like. I think this place is worth every penny of its high price, so I'm giving it five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I ever get the chance, I'd love to let my whole family experience this moment too.
