The meat is rich in flavor, and the crispy-skin pork belly especially is nicely fatty without being too much — dipped in spicy mắm nêm (fermented anchovy sauce), it's a total knockout. Mận (50k): It's actually a "giả cầy" dish (mock-dog pork stew). The broth is fragrant and the pork trotter is melt-in-your-mouth tender — delicious eaten with bread or with rice noodles. 💰 Two people ate to their heart's content, and with drinks it was only about 100k per person.
