Dragon Bridge breathes fire Saturday night: 21:00 sharp

Dragon Bridge spans across the Han River, inaugurated in 2013 to mark the 38th anniversary of Da Nang's liberation. The bridge stretches 666 meters and features a stunning golden dragon design that appears to embrace the river. By day, it's a fascinating architectural marvel. But what really draws tourists here is the spectacular fire and water spray show that lights up the weekends.
Show schedule: 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, lasting 15 minutes. The dragon's head breathes fire 9 times (2 seconds each), then switches to spraying water 3 times. The dragon's lights change color throughout the performance. Standing close, you can feel the heat of the flames from 30m away, along with a faint smell of gas.
The best viewing spot: Bach Dang Street on the west side of the river, about 200m from the dragon's head. Arrive before 8:30 PM to get a good spot. After the show, walk along the riverbank to the Love Bridge (with padlocks) or head into a rooftop café overlooking the river. Free to watch.
