Travel warning: Visibility is limited and roads are slippery. Some low-lying streets (such as Hàm Nghi, Lê Duẩn, Quang Trung, Nguyễn Văn Linh, Âu Cơ...) are highly prone to localized flooding when water cannot drain fast enough if heavy rain continues for a long time.
