Da Nang durian che: peanut che + jelly + fruit, large bowl

Che Sau is a specialty Central Vietnamese tea drink that few tourists know about. Unlike che xoa xoa (which features delicate jelly strands), che sau is served in a large bowl or cup brimming with a delightful mix of toppings: dragon fruit, jackfruit, mango, roasted peanuts, coconut jelly, grass jelly, smooth mung beans, and creamy coconut milk.
A bowl costs 40-50k VND (enough for one person to eat until full), or a double portion for 70-90k VND for 2 people to share. Eat it with a long spoon, mixing all the toppings together — the first sensation is cool and refreshing, then the sweetness of the coconut cream, and finally the rich, nutty taste of peanuts plus fresh fruit.
Famous sweet soup (chè) shops: Chè Xuân Trang (Ông Ích Khiêm Street), Chè 30 (Hùng Vương Street). Open 2pm-10pm. Busiest on weekend evenings — groups of 4-6 friends share 2-3 bowls, chatting away until 10pm.
🍨 40-90k/bowl · Xuan Trang Che · 30 kinds of Che (sweet dessert soup) · 2pm-10pm · Shared for 2-3 people
