(Travel) What is this place at Da Nang's My Khe Beach? cong vien ca voi

My travel style is to thoroughly explore every corner around the hotel wherever I go. I scan what's around, what restaurants and cafes are there~^^ I walk through every alley, front alley, back alley, here and there, sightseeing every walkable distance. Looking down from Radisson Red Hotel, I saw a place at My Khe Beach that I was curious about. The left pool is the Signature M Village exclusive pool, the right pool?

There's a pool but it doesn't seem to be a hotel... A restaurant? But there are no people
