Among them, here's a restaurant that stuck with me and that I'd love to recommend! Hủ Tiếu Kỳ Kỳ It's a place specializing in hu tieu (Vietnamese rice noodle soup) The rice noodles are thin and wonderfully chewy! The broth base is clean and absolutely perfect! It's a broth simmered with pork bones, dried squid, and dried shrimp, so it tastes refreshing and full of rich umami 😋 The pho we ordered was shrimp pho for 49,000 dong and squid pho for 55,000 dong. There are two options, soup-style or mixed (bibim) style, so you can just pick whichever suits your taste~ We went with the soup style! Prices usually range from about 45,000 to 75,000 dong. With such a variety of menu items, it's a great-value restaurant 👍 It's a local spot, but the table setting was clean. Depending on your taste, adding the seasonings set on the table can make it taste even better. My first time trying Hu Tieu!! My score is~ It gets a 💯 👏 👏 👏 Actually, I was just supposed to taste this and go eat something else, but... It was so delicious I finished the whole bowl🤭
