Hi everyone, it's me again! After the review of the luxury segment in the city center, today I'm going to "switch things up" with a hotel located right on the legendary Võ Nguyên Giáp coastal road. That is Chicland Danang Beach Hotel – the strikingly prominent building covered entirely in greenery that makes everyone passing by My Khe Beach turn their heads for a second look.

I just spent 2 nights here and I have to admit: this place was made for anyone who loves a rustic, green-living style but still wants refinement and comfort!

🌱 A one-of-a-kind "green oasis" architecture. Your very first impression when stepping into Chicland is an instant feeling of soothing coolness. The entire facade of the building is completely covered with lush green climbing vines and tropical plants. The interior space is filled with natural materials such as wood, natural stone, bamboo, cane, and raw fabric. Stepping into the lobby or the room corridors, the faint scent of lemongrass essential oil combined with natural light creates an incredibly relaxing feeling, as if you've wandered into a small forest by the sea.

🛏️ The bedroom is minimalist yet filled with the breath of the sea. I booked a room type with a balcony facing the sea. The room isn't overly large or showy, but the layout is clever and creates a very cozy feeling.

• What I love most: The balcony overflowing with greenery that filters the sunlight. Early in the morning, all I have to do is fling open the glass doors and the sound of the My Khe waves rushes into the room, along with a refreshingly cool sea breeze. Sitting out on the balcony reading a book and sipping the lotus tea the hotel had prepared is the very definition of "chill.

🏊‍♂️ Experience the rooftop infinity pool and the amazing Sky Bar

• Infinity pool: Located on the 21st floor, it isn't huge, but the view is "worth every penny" down to the last centimeter. You can swim in the cool water while gazing out over the long stretch of white sand at My Khe Beach and the Son Tra Peninsula in the distance.

🍳 A rustic breakfast and charming hospitalityBreakfast at the hotel's Lá Hẹ restaurant mainly leans toward healthy, light dishes. The food was seasoned just right, with plenty of fresh fruit juice options and organic greens true to the "Eco" spirit. The staff here are all young, wearing lovely rustic linen uniforms, always with a smile on their faces, and they were incredibly enthusiastic about pointing us to great local eateries.

📍 "One step to the beach" locationThe undeniable plus is that the hotel sits right on the beachfront road. Just cross the street and your feet will already be touching the soft sand of My Khe Beach. Around the hotel there are countless restaurants serving fresh, delicious seafood, massage parlors, and beautiful cafés, so taking an evening stroll around the area is super enjoyable.

Summary: 9/10 points. With an extremely reasonable price for a prime beachfront location, a unique design and attentive service, Chicland truly deserves a place on your "must-try" list when visiting Da Nang. This hotel is perfect for young couples, solo travelers, or anyone who loves a green, minimalist lifestyle.
