On the second day of the Da Nang local VIP fam tour, I'd like to revisit a memory where I could fully savor the elegance of the resort in every bite. Lunch at Bistro M, one of the dining venues at Shilla Monogram Da Nang, was one of the most impressive moments of this fam tour. Unlike a typical buffet, we were treated to an exquisite course meal prepared exclusively for the Da Nang local fam tour.

📍 Location and Atmosphere of Bistro M It is located on the Ground Floor of the Residence building, right next to the resort pool and the beach. The space stands out with its sleek, modern interior, and the natural light pouring in through the floor-to-ceiling windows was simply wonderful. We were especially grateful to have been able to enjoy such a refined dining experience during the fam tour.

🍴 [GOOD DAY FAMTRIP] Special course menu composition The dedicated menu placed on the table made me feel pampered from the moment I sat down.

1. STARTER: Trio Spring Rolls This appetizer is composed of three styles that capture the authentic taste of Vietnam. The fresh ingredients and crispy texture were more than enough to whet the appetite. However, unlike what the menu said, an extra bread was served first before the meal. It was a very soft and savory, delicious bread.

2. SOUP: Puff Mushroom Soup (Mushroom velouté soup served with puff pastry) This dish is served in a freshly baked pastry bread, filled with a soft and rich mushroom soup. Dipping the bread deeply into the soup doubled the flavor — truly the best soup I've had.

3. MAIN: Vietnamese King Tiger Prawn and Beef Striploin This is the main dish, today's highlight. I was so happy with the harmony between the plump, chewy king prawns and the tender striploin steak. The steak is served in two pieces, and at first I wondered if that might be a bit small, haha, but as part of a course meal it was more than enough and left me with a nice, satisfying sense of fullness. Looking back later, I realized I'd actually eaten more than I thought, haha.

To finish the meal, we serve a sweet soup made with traditional Vietnamese ingredients — lotus seeds and longan. With its subtle sweetness and clean, refreshing aftertaste, it brings the meal to an elegant close.
