Since it was before opening, I ended up experiencing a bit of "frog-in-a-well" waiting, and then on my way back to the hotel I thought I'd just stop by for a quick taste, so I visited~ It's a local restaurant but it's really clean! The staff were kind too, and the prices are so reasonable 👍

The food we ordered was Mi Quang, topped with familiar, safe meat toppings! And Bun Cha! The two dishes together cost 165,000 VND, which came to about 9,000 KRW. Since the Mi Quang came with meat toppings and grilled rice paper, we mixed it all together 🥢 and ate it deliciously~ The Bun Cha sauce is Hanoi-style and served nice and hot. Out of all the Bun Cha sauces I've had in Da Nang, this was the hottest one served. The side vegetables were fresh, and the meatballs and grilled meat had just the right smoky char, so I really enjoyed the meal 😋 I told myself I'd just try a bite since it seemed a shame to pass by, but I ended up clearing my plate completely with nothing left 🤭 I've only tried the mi quang and bun cha so far, but this place makes me curious about the other dishes too, so I've saved it as somewhere I want to go back to again 😁
