There's definitely a reason why a mỳ Quảng shop is already bustling with customers early in the morning 😋 This time I tried Mỳ Quảng Nhung – my first impression was that the broth is rich, fragrant, and just right to the taste.

There are quite a lot of meat options here: pork ribs, chicken, fish, shrimp, egg. I tried the Quang noodles with pork ribs and I really quite liked it:

🐔 The chicken is tender and delicious, the meat isn't mushy at all.

🍖 Tender ribs, packed with flavor — so satisfying to eat.

🦐 Soft and juicy shrimp, packed with flavor exactly the way I like it. Not the dry-braised kind or tough shrimp, you know what I mean.

🥚 The egg is quite big too, and it goes really well with the bowl of noodles.

Another plus point I liked is the crispy fried rice paper served alongside. It's crunchy and delicious, and rolling it together with the noodles makes it really enjoyable to eat 😋 The fresh herbs were green and crisp, clean and neat, which just looks reassuring.

📍 The place is right on the Nguyen Tat Thanh street front, with quite a spacious and airy layout. Even though the seating is mostly sidewalk-style tables and chairs, they're high, clean, and look really neat. Especially in the mornings, the place is genuinely packed with customers, proving it's well-loved by the locals.

👉 In summary: The Mỳ Quảng here is rich and flavorful, the toppings are delicious, and the shrimp is soft and plump, just the way it should be — the veggies and side dishes are all good too. A place worth trying if you're looking for a tasty, easy-to-eat bowl of Mỳ Quảng on Nguyễn Tất Thành! ❤️
