A Mi Quang shop that's already bustling with customers early in the morning must definitely have a reason for it 😋 This time I tried Mi Quang Nhung – my first impression was that the broth was rich, fragrant, and just perfectly seasoned.

There are quite a lot of filling options here: pork ribs, chicken, fish, shrimp, and egg. I tried the Quang-style noodles with pork ribs and I really quite liked them:

🐔 The chicken is tender and delicious, the meat isn't mushy at all.

🍖 The ribs are tender and packed with flavor, so satisfying to eat.

🦐 The shrimp is soft and juicy, seasoned just the way I like it. Not the dry, stir-fried kind with tough shrimp, no way.

🥚 The egg is also quite big, and it goes really well with the bowl of noodles.

Another thing I loved is the fried rice paper served alongside. It's crispy and delicious, and rolling it up with the noodles is so satisfying 😋 The fresh herbs were vivid green and clean, which really put my mind at ease just looking at them.

📍 The place is right on the front of Nguyen Tat Thanh street, with a fairly spacious and airy space. Although the seating is mainly sidewalk tables and chairs, the tables are high, clean, and look very elegant. Especially in the mornings, it's genuinely crowded with customers, which proves the place is well-loved by the locals.

👉 In short: The Mỳ Quảng here has a rich, flavorful broth, the toppings are delicious, the shrimp is tender and juicy just the way it should be, and the herbs and side dishes are all good. A place worth trying if you're looking for a tasty, easy-to-eat bowl of Mỳ Quảng on Nguyễn Tất Thành! ❤️
